Iris M. Crawford-Maskell
- Founder and Creator
Iris M. Crawford is a movement storyteller, editor, and strategic communicator living on Lenapehoking ancestral lands, now known as New York City. Her storytelling focuses on the intersections of food, agriculture, solutions around the just transition, and environmental science, among other topics. Grassroots organizing led her to journalism, where she worked with frontline communities across the Western US and helped push for community power and energy justice in California. Most recently, she was a 2024 Mellon Environmental and Epistemic Justice Fellow at Wake Forest University. Her work has appeared in NPQ, The Guardian, Civil Eats, San Francisco Chronicle, and Prism, among other publications. She is a board member of the Environmental Justice Oral History Project and We Act 4 Change, the political arm of We Act for Environmental Justice.

Julian Mejia

Julian Mejia is a full-time video editor/digital creator with 10 years of experience working in the creative field of content creation. He has worked alongside many micro-influencers in NYC and has helped many turn their ideas into tangible works of art, through various forms of digital media. In his free time, Julian loves to explore what more the city has to offer as a native New Yorker and create music alongside his friends.
